Download the Plugin

To download the PerforMIDI® plugin, go to the plugin download page. Here, you will find download links for each OS (Mac, Windows). We support VST3 and AU plugin formats.

Connect the Plugin to Your Performidi Account

The PerforMIDI Plugin makes it even more convenient to use the Performidi platform. To start using the plugin, you must first connect it to a Performidi account. Don't have a Performidi account? Sign up here.

  • Find and Enter Your Plugin Setup Key

    • Plugin Setup Keys are unique identifiers that authorize your plugin to spend the Midibucks (pre-purchased credits) on your account. Your plugin setup key can be found in the Information (i) section in your plugin. To connect the plugin to your account, simply enter your Plugin Setup Key online in your Performidi Account Settings. Go to Account Settings.

    Warning:
    Once you've connected the plugin to your Performidi account, it can be used to spend your Midibucks, so if you're using a shared computer, be sure to remove the Plugin Setup Key from your account once you're done using the computer. This can be done online within your Account Settings.

    Even if you forget to remove the Plugin Setup Key, Midibucks cannot be purchased through the plugin. To ensure your card's security, payments must occur online through the Performidi platform and must be authorized by the cardholder at the time of purchase. So, you don't have to worry about your money being stolen, but the Midibucks that are currently on your account could potentially be spent from any connected plugin.

  • Add More Funds

    • To use the PerforMIDI Plugin, you need to have sufficient credits to cover each project/revision. If you don't have enough Midibucks to cover the amount you set while creating a new project, an Insufficient Funds popup will appear within the plugin. To purchase more Midibucks, go to Performidi online and click Buy More in the User Profile section.
