Setting up payouts is easy. You just need to connect a bank account.

How to Connect a Bank Account & Cash Out

To cash out, go to performers.performidi.com and click the Cash Out button. This will bring you to a payment page where you can cash out or change your connected bank account.

Go to Performidi | Performers

Click here if you need to log in to performers.performidi.com, or click here to create a Performidi® account.

Click 'Cash Out'

Look for the Cash Out button in the User Profile section below your account balance. This will bring you to a payment page where you can connect your bank account and cash out.

Connect a Bank Account

Click Connect Bank Account. This will open a secure Stripe window where you can add your banking information. Enter your email address and phone number and click Continue.

Stripe uses two-step verification to keep your information safe. Check your phone for a text from Stripe with a verification code. Enter the code when prompted. Once your phone number is verified, enter your country and business type. Your business type will most likely be individual instead of nonprofit or organization. Add your legal name and your website if you have one. If you'd like, you can also add a link to your social profile instead of a website. Then, select the bank account or debit card where you would like to receive your payments.

Once you've connected your bank account, you'll see a popup that says "Save account with Link". If you'd like to save your account information with Stripe to speed up future payouts, enter your email address. Otherwise, click Not Now.

Once your details have been verified, you'll see an Account Connected notification. Click Done and then click Return to Performidi, Inc. on the left. You'll be taken back to the payment page, where you will now be able to verify your connected account.

Confirm or Change Your Connected Bank Account

If you saved your banking information when you previously cashed out, the last four digits of the account number for your connected account will display under Payout Account. If this is still the account where you'd like to receive your payout, move on to the next section, Cash Out.

If you'd like to update your connected bank account, click Change Bank Account. This will bring up the Stripe window, where you can follow the steps in the Connect a New Bank Account section below.

Cash Out

Once you've confirmed your connected bank account, click the Initiate Cashout button under Current Balance to cash out. This will initiate the transfer from Performidi to your bank account. Typically, there's a seven-day waiting period for the first payout to a newly connected bank account. If you're using a previously connected account, payouts usually take around three business days.

You can view your payout status in the tables below your Payout Account, labeled 'Pending Payouts' and 'Completed Payouts'. The 'Pending Payouts' table displays payouts right after they're initiated and indicates if the payout has failed. The 'Completed Payouts' table displays payouts that have successfully completed.

Initiated: The payout process has been initiated and is currently in progress.

Failed: Occasionally, issues arise during the payout process (bank account closed, wrong information entered, etc.) If the payment fails, you can reinitiate it with the Retry button in the Pending Payouts table. If it continues to fail, you may need to update your connected bank account. Instructions for updating your bank account can be found in the next section.

Paid: Success! The payout was sent to your bank.

Connect a New Bank Account

To connect a new bank account, click the Change Bank Account button under Payout Account. This will open your Stripe payout window (you may be asked to complete a two-factor authentication with your connected phone number). Once the window opens, click the User Profile icon (👤) in the top right corner. Under Payout details, click on your name or business name. This will open a popup where you will see your connected payout account. Click on your current payout account to make updates. If the account (debit card or bank account) in question has previously received a successful payout, you will be required to enter your previous bank account details and a 6-digit SMS verification code to make any edits. After confirming your previous payout account information, enter your new banking information and click Confirm.

If you don't have your previous payout account information available, you can click on I don't know my previous information at the bottom of the popup — this will take you to a page where you can upload an identification document (e.g., Driver's License or Passport) to verify your identity. Once verified, you can update your account details.

Bid Payout Ranges Explained

For each Recommended Project, you may have noticed that the Bid has a range of potential payouts. The payout you receive depends on whether your audition is selected by the Producer who created the project. If your audition is selected, you'll receive the maximum potential payout. We believe everyone deserves to get paid for their work, so if your audition is not selected, you will still receive at least the minimum payout. The only case where you won't receive a payout is if your audition is not selected and it receives a rating below two stars. If your performance on the audition is solid, there aren't any issues with the audio, and you submitted it before the project deadline, a two-star rating is highly unlikely. But, if this ever happens, you can always contest the rating by contacting us or responding to the 'below two stars' email you'll receive. Payouts are set up this way to discourage people from submitting spammy or low-quality auditions.

We encourage Producers to select more than one audition, so if you submit a solid, well-recorded take, there's a high likelihood your audition will be selected, and you'll receive the maximum payout. If selected, you will also have the opportunity to work on revisions with the Producer. For each revision, the Producer will reach out to you with an initial bid, which you can choose to accept or counter.

Producers can also select your recording at any time. So don't worry; even if your addition is not initially selected, it may be selected later, at which point your account will be compensated for the difference.
